Which social networks do prospective students trust? Should you have our own social network or should you leverage Facebook? What about security? Is it even appropriate for us to approach prospects, students or alumni via social media? Does our target audience even read blogs, or would our energy be better spent elsewhere?
Our Web Trends Survey can answer these questions, and fuel all the social media strategies and solutions provided by our technology departments. The Web Trends Survey is administered to the Academica Group consumer panel, providing insight into web and social media use, as well as comparisons to traditional information and communication technologies.
In addition our UCAS Applicant Study annually surveys over 250,000 applicant for Colleges and Universities across Canada and the USA. This study provides us with rich data on how the applicant demographic responds to web and other online marketing communications.
